At CWB, we have always been interested in what our clients think about us. In fact we believe this is key to understanding if changes are needed in our business processes and service offering.
At the beginning of 2010 we changed to an event-led client feedback system, where clients are asked to complete a questionnaire following work undertaken on their behalf by the team – this is organised on a monthly basis. Obtaining feedback in this way means that we can keep track of successes and by sure to understand if there is any need for improvement.

One of our key initiatives this year has been to create a Client Advisory Panel. The purpose of the Panel is for key clients to act as ‘non-executive’ board members, meeting quarterly to provide feedback and input on our growth strategy, client proposition, identified opportunities and other business related issues.
The impending regulatory changes within the financial services, and their impact, have prompted this initiative and a number of other planned strategic changes to our business over the coming months and years.
